He has not missed an opportunity to
criticise Narendra Modi in the past, but Congress leader Shashi Tharoor
is now singing praise for the Prime Minister. In his blog, Tharoor has
said that Modi has remade himself from a hate figure into an avatar of
modernity and progress.
